Refund Policy
Visa fees are non-refundable once your application is submitted — but genuine payment errors on our end are always made right. Here's exactly where that line is.

General Policy
- Visa fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted — the same notice shown on every visa's detail page before you pay.
- This is standard across the visa assistance industry: once we begin processing your application, real work and, in many cases, real government fees have already been committed on your behalf.
- The exceptions below cover situations where the fault is on our side, not yours — those are handled differently.
When a Refund May Apply
- Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same application due to a technical issue.
- Payment deducted but application never submitted — your bank/card was charged, but our system shows the application was never actually created (a genuine gateway or connectivity failure, not a cancelled checkout).
- Error on our end — we made a mistake that made it impossible to process your application as paid for.
- Each case is reviewed individually against your payment reference and application record before a refund is approved.
When a Refund Will Not Apply
- Your application was correctly submitted but rejected by the destination embassy, consulate or immigration authority — approval is entirely their decision, not ours, and this is the same distinction covered in our Terms & Conditions.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information that led to processing delays or rejection.
- You changed your mind or your travel plans after the application was already submitted.
- The visa fee portion has already been forwarded to the relevant government authority — that part is outside our control once submitted.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team with your application reference number (the same one used on the Track Application page) and the reason for your request.
- Requests are reviewed against your specific case — having your reference number ready is what lets us look into it quickly.
- We'll let you know the outcome directly, whether that's an approval, a partial refund, or an explanation of why it doesn't qualify under this policy.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, our payment gateway — we never handle your card/bank details directly, so refunds go through the same secure channel your payment did.
- Once approved, funds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, though your bank's own processing time can add a few extra days on top of that.
- You'll get a confirmation once a refund has been initiated on our end.
